5. When you send back your products please provide a tracking number, without a tracking number we would have to nullify the return.
6. Returns for customized products are not accepted.
7. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
8. Complaints without photo evidence are not accepted

Refund Policy

When we receive the product to check that there is no damage or use. We will refund the money within 3 days, the refund is returned through the channel where the payment was made in the first place.
