If the clock doesn't work, please follow the instructions to check and adjust:
1. Check whether the battery position is opposite and the battery is out of power;
2. Make sure the clock hands aren't stuck by hands or glass when moving, make sure whether the clock hands aren't loose which may affect the work of the clock. If so, don't worry it is not a quality problem. You just need to unscrew the six screws on the back case, and adjust the hands, then install the six screws to re-start the clock. (DO NOT rotate the clock hands directly as it will damage the movement.)

Notes:
1. The battery is not included, you should buy it separately.
2. Light and monitor settings may cause a slight color difference. Due to manual measurement, there may be a 1-2cm error, please understand.
3. Please DO NOT use an Alkaline battery, as the current is too large which will damage the movement, making time not accurate.
4. Very easy to use, turn the knob to adjust the time, then install the battery.
